The company has been progressing in services and qualities for over 26 years, and today the company is well known as the best car rental in Thailand.

In 1996, the company obtained standard controlling pollution from the Pollution Control Department, Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.

In 1999, the company has achieved the prestigious ISO 9002 certification for carrental service and chauffeur providing from Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) of England. It is a matter of great pride for the company to be the first car rental in Asia to receive this internationally recognized award from this world renowned institute.

In 2000, the company is an official founder member of Thai Car Rental Association.

In 2001, the company is the supporter of the Professional Chauffeur Service Training School accrediteol by Department of Ministry of Education.

In 2002, the company has improved the quality of service "Customer Satisfaction" and improved ISO 9002 to ISO 9001:2000 by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) of England.

In 2005, the company has converted to be a public company and changed the name to Japanrent (Thailand) Public Company Limited.

In 2009, the company has improved our service and good corporate governance with international standard ISO9001:2008 Bureau Veritas Quality International [BVQI] of England.

In 2011, the company has received the "Thailand Energy Awards "from Ministry of Energy because we have to awareness the Globol Warning Crisis.

In 2016, the company has received the "Good Governance Awards" from the Department of Business Development. The company has a moral focus of the ethics and compliance in every dimension.

In 2017, the company has received the "Corporate Good Governance Awards" at the national level from the Department of Business Development. We achieve best practices in term of transparency and accountability.

In 2018, the company has received the  " Excellence Standard Good Governance Awards " at the national level from the Department of Business Development.
